Reading reports

Reports shows visit counts, money collected, unpaid completed visits, complimentary visits, and waitlist joins for the selected location.

Date range

Pick Today, This week, This month, or a custom date range.

Transactions

Transactions lists checkouts in the range you pick. Tap a row to open the visit card. ⋯ → Void takes a sale off collected totals so you can cash out again. Refund records that the money was given back.

Totals

Totals break down by payment method (cash, Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, card, other), service, and staff. Extra services added on a visit count with that service.

Amounts come from checkout on each appointment. Card means they paid on a reader like Square. Owners see Reports. Other roles stay off until you turn Reports on in Roles & Permissions.
