Using the calendar
Book on Day, Week, or List, add blocked time or open time, and open a visit from the book.

Calendar is the shop book for the selected location.
Day, Week, and List
- Day shows hour lanes with a column per staff member
- Week shows the same lanes across seven days
- List is Upcoming / All in a simple list
Times outside each person’s Hours are grayed. You can still book those times; you will get a warning first. Tap an empty time to book; tap a block to open the visit.
Book, blocked time, and open time
Use Book anytime.
- Blocked time is lunch, personal time, or cleaning so nobody is booked over it
- Open time adds extra bookable hours past Hours (for example stay late 6:00–6:30). That shows online too
On a visit
Add extra services if they added one at the chair. Checkout only appears when payment is still owed. After cash-out, use Book again in 4 weeks. Confirm, No show, Cancel, Void, and Refund are under ⋯.
