Checkout
Recording checkout
Record how a client paid. Ecloras does not charge cards or send receipts.

Checkout is where you record how a client paid for a visit. Open the visit from Home, Calendar, or Reports → Transactions, then tap Checkout. Checkout only appears while payment is still owed.
Ecloras does not charge cards, send receipts, or split a ticket across methods. Card means they paid on a reader like Square — you are only noting it here.
On the ticket
- Add extra menu services if they added one at the chair. That updates the total and adds those minutes to the visit.
- Pick cash, Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, card, other, or Unpaid.
- Enter the amount, or tap Full amount for the menu total.
- Optional tip and note (Venmo handle, last four).
- Cash out completes the visit as paid. If Unpaid is still selected, Cash out records cash. Back returns to the visit without cashing out.
What Checkout does not do
There is no retail-only sale, product inventory, discount line, or bulk checkout — one visit at a time. There is no combined ticket across several visits.
Void and refund
On a paid visit tap ⋯ → Void checkout or Refund, or use Reports → Transactions. Void takes the sale off collected totals. Refund records that the money was given back. Ecloras does not move money.
