Orstrax Orders is a Shopify app. Merchants open it at orders.orstrax.io. The product hub at orstrax.io is the product directory, technical documentation, and changelog — not the app itself. Customer help for Orstrax Orders lives at help.orders.orstrax.io.
Authentication and Shopify connection
The Shopify admin installs the app and grants API scopes. Staff members can also sign in with email when the store has invited them. Each session is scoped to one shop.
There is no public developer API for third-party apps at this time.
What Orstrax stores
Orstrax keeps a working copy of imported Shopify orders, statuses, notes, files, email templates, and lookup settings so the team can run a fulfillment workflow beyond Shopify’s paid/fulfilled flags.
Storefront
Customer lookup and proof review run on the merchant’s Shopify page. Orstrax does not require customers to create Shopify accounts.
