Customers look up orders on a merchant Shopify page using email and/or order number. Orstrax searches synced orders.
Display
Merchants choose whether to show progress, order number, customer name, dates, line items, shipping address, public notes, and customer actions.
Proof and information requests
The same lookup page hosts proof review when the URL includes ?proof=, and information-request forms when that Status Action is active.
Installation
Prefer a dedicated page plus the Order Lookup theme app block or a data-orstrax="lookup" placeholder. Do not install lookup on the homepage.
App URLs
The working application remains orders.orstrax.io. Lookup is embedded on the merchant storefront, not as a customer login on Orstrax.
