Data, privacy, and deleting your account

You upload the statements and receipts you choose. Financial Fern does not collect bank-login credentials.

AI providers

Certain features send limited transaction, receipt, or order information to OpenRouter and selected model providers to generate matching or categorization suggestions. See Financial Fern’s Privacy Policy for the current picture. We do not promise that those providers will never retain or train on information sent for suggestions.

Delete your account

There is no self-serve delete button. Email fern@financialfern.com from the address associated with your account to request deletion.
