Proof Review sends the customer to the configured lookup page with a proof token query parameter.
URL
The merchant sets proofPageUrl (Website Lookup Form / onboarding). Orstrax appends ?proof=. A legacy orstrax_proof parameter is still recognized.
Customer outcomes
Approve or request changes, depending on Status Action settings. Revised proofs are additional files sent through the same flow.
Merchant alerts
Approval and change requests can email the store, assigned user, and CC list without duplicating addresses.
There is no separate required “proof block” on the theme. The lookup form handles proof review.
